Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using InkKit you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
InkKit is a workspace for tattoo artists with AI-assisted tools for concepts, references, stencils, and asset management. Outputs are produced by machine learning systems and third-party AI providers.
Third-party calendar connections
If you use booking features that connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 (Outlook), you authorize InkKit to access those services via OAuth as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Google’s and Microsoft’s applicable terms when using those accounts with InkKit. You can disconnect linked accounts at any time in Booking → Settings → Calendar.
Client data
If you use InkKit's client management (CRM), you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store client personal data (including medical and allergy information) and for handling it in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Payments and invoicing
InkKit uses Stripe Connect to enable payment collection. By activating payments, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Clients who pay deposits or invoices through InkKit interact with Stripe's checkout. InkKit is not a party to transactions between you and your clients.
Public booking and websites
You are responsible for the content on your public booking page and artist website. Clients who book through the platform or submit contact forms consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you submit.
AI-generated content
AI outputs are provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before professional or commercial use. Third-party AI terms may also apply.
Billing
Paid plans renew as described at purchase. You may cancel; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including unlawful use, infringing others’ rights, attempting to break security or limits, sharing accounts, or generating content that violates our policies or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account in settings. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkKit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Courts in Oslo, Norway, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
